Ekene Ijeoma is a NY based artist and designer who is encouraging New Yorkers to “look up” from their mobile devices, through his new app, LookUp. Inspired by the “zombie” like behaviour of the many people he observed to be so glued to their mobile devices that that they often miss out on what’s happening around them, Ijeoma created the app in an attempt to break up the monotony.
