HBO released a new trailer featuring, Oscar/ Emmy/ Golden Globe winner, Regina King as a costumed hero in the upcoming Watchmen television series.
Regina King will play Angela Abar in the new series. The show is set to premiere in fall of 2019, and according to IMDB is described as, “A modern-day reimagining where superheroes are treated as outlaws and must embrace the nostalgia.”
The show also features Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Louis Gossett Jr., and Jacob Ming-Trent. Check out the trailer below.
