We all love an epic fight. A skirmish for the ages.
We especially love seeing such epic fights play out in comic books. But rather than having heroes and villains kicking each

This is what comic book creator/ writer/ artist Geoffrey Thorne (Prodigal: Egg of First Light, Mosaic) has done. In a three-way fight to kick off, 2019 Thorne has kicked off an epic comics event under the Winterman publishing label, titled, Battlebook. All written by Thorne, the books are drawn by a series of talented artists including George Kambadais (issue #1), Jethro Morales/Brittany Peer (issue #2), and Michael Dorman/Marissa Louise/ Micah Myers (issue #3). From a recent post by Thorne on his personal page:
Three comics. Three entirely different stories with three almost entirely different creative teams (they all have me in common).
Anybody who knows me knows I’m always making up stories. Too many for me to ever tell all of them before I die. Some of these stories are comics and, in my humble opinion, all of them should get to see SOME daylight even if I can’t possibly finish them all.

The BATTLEBOOKS are my way of putting that sun on three of them and letting one of them continue to its conclusion. Which one?
That’s where you come in. You are going to decide which of these stories lives and which goes back in the box. You.

Battlebook: Redjack, Battlebook: The Return of Cadre One, and Battlebook: Pilgrim await your purchase/ vote here.
